Hey, hi again. it's been a while since I posted anything...been busy with you know life things. Here are some thoughts I've had and one of those lil reality realization convos one has with themselves(or as I like to put it "between the heart and the brain")yea...here's what I think:
When you look deep within yourself, you think you will
find peace and some kind of lovely dovey stuff like that.
Well the truth is that what is deep within us is …junk!
Yes, junk. We carry a lot of things which are not necessary in us. We go about
this life with masses of stuff in our inner cores, stuff we don’t need or even
want to need.
We carry those little recordings of disagreements and
arguments we had with people which usually lead to one blowing up in an anger
scene at usually an inappropriate moment. We carry those hurtful words that one
girl or guy said to you when you broke up, we carry those epic moments of
disappointment when someone lets you down, we carry worry, hate, undeserving
and misapplied love, heartbreak memories, fear of failure, loss and those
feelings of self-doubt.all of it junk! All crowding one’s inner self and not
leaving a square centimeter of space for the necessary and important stuff, like content,
love, inner joy, motivation, courage and yes peace.
It is easier to let enlightenment in when junk is low.
When I say junk is low I mean when there is less necessary things inside you
which usually block the very ones need to be present. This junk we have as
humans is very hard to lessen and eventually make disappear (well…in my
experience). Even though it’s hard to just let go of these things we sometimes
mislabel as parts of our makings it is vital that one keeps…as I said… the junk
low!
there is usually that mistake people make of saying "it makes me who I am" no! it does not, you are who you are because of your choices in life. Choices in the past, choices you are making now and those you most of the time don't know you will make in the future. Just that choices, and not the junk/baggage you carry around. so we just need to analyze what necessary and what is not in the junk we have inside and then just...let go.
Let go.
Let go. Just let things go. The out of sight out of
mind thing works in these circumstances.
